2010
Telehouse West, third facility on the Docklands site opens and becomes operational. Telehouse Johannesburg opens for business.
2009
Telehouse Cape Town opens for business.
2008
Telehouse achieves ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) at European sites. Telehouse launch Global Interlink service, an Ethernet connection.
2007
The Telehouse client base continues to expand and now exceeds the 700 mark.
2006
Telehouse achieves ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security) certification over all activities at all sites.
2004
Telehouse Paris wins prestigious Security Award that recognises its exceptional safety policy implemented at its Voltaire site. A major investment programme is undertaken in London resulting in significant improvements to infrastructure and air-conditioning systems, including high-power delivery. 2N+1 redundancy and the confident promise of an SLA giving 99.999% uptime.
2003
A major satisfaction survey is undertaken among clients, called ‘Voice of the Customer’. The survey has since been established as annual exercise in the UK and France.
2001
A new Docklands Power Support Facility is commissioned.
1999
Telehouse Docklands site is expanded with completion of the Telehouse East facility. Meanwhile new colocation facilities are opened in the financial centre of Paris.
1997
Telehouse opens its Metro site in the City of London
1996
European expansion begins in earnest with the opening of an additional colocation facility in the heart of Paris.
1994
Telehouse becomes the natural choice as the primary site for the London Internet Exchange (LINX). By now Telehouse is firmly established as a major European Internet hub.

Telehouse’s first colocation facility becomes operational, setting a landmark as Europe’s first purpose built data centre in London, Docklands.
