ISO Standards

As part of our continuous improvement programme, Telehouse achieved both ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security) certification over all activities at the sites in 2006. Telehouse has since attained ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) certification, underlining our commitment to managing our environmental impact.

International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) is the world's largest developer of standards. Its principal activity is the development of technical standards, which in turn have important positive economic and social repercussions.

ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management 

This certification specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, review, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of the organisation's overall business risks, including specific requirements for the implementation of security controls.

ISO 9001 Quality Management

This is the international reference for quality requirements in business to business dealings with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting customer and applicable regulatory requirements and to continually improve its performance.

ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System

The purpose of this standard is to assist an organisation in developing processes, procedures and practices in order to protect the environment, prevent pollution, and to improve its overall environmental performance.
