ISO Standards
As part of our continuous improvement programme, Telehouse achieved both ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2005 (Information Security) certification over all activities at the sites in 2006. Telehouse has since attained ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) certification, underlining our commitment to managing our environmental impact.

ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management
This certification specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, review, maintaining and improving a documented Information Security Management System within the context of the organisation's overall business risks, including specific requirements for the implementation of security controls.
